How do I make a booking?
To make a booking simply add the first game that you require to the shopping cart.  Next enter the reservation dates for your event - note that if you are unable to select a particular date this indicates the particular game your are interested in is not available due to prior commitments.  Select any other games you require and note that the reservation dates will default to those selected for the first item.
The total cost of the hire will be shown in your shopping cart.   Should you wish to have the games delivered/collected please enter your state and postocde into the shipping fields at the bottom of the cart then simply hit the "Get a Quote" button to display the freight costs.
To finalise the booking proceed through checkout providing billing and delivery details.   Select your chosen payment method, accept the terms and conditions and complete your booking.   For payments made by Papyal your booking is then confirmed.  For alternate methods the booking will be confirmed upon receipt of funds.
How do I know if an item is available?
Our online system maintains a record of all bookings and will only allow reservations to be made for items that are available.  In the rare instance that a booking is confirmed and a game becomes unavailable for your event (For example in the event of damage at a previous booking) a member of our sale team will contact you to discuss alternative options.
How and when are my games delivered?
We use a combination of commercial courier companies and our own vehicles to deliver and collect the games from events. Generally goods will be delivered the afternoon prior to your event and collected upon completion.  A member of our sales team will contact you to make final arrangements once your booking is confirmed.
Can I collect my games?
You are welcome to collect and return the games from your nearest Yardparty facility subject to arrangements and timings being confirmed by your local Yardparty operator.
Why do you need a security deposit?
A security deposit is required at the time of booking to cover the products against loss and damage.  Though it is expected that there will be wear and tear games should be used in accordance to guidlines. The deposit may be used to cover the cost of damages resulting from inappropriate use and loss.   Please inform us of any breakages, missing parts or any problems upon completion of the hire.
How can I pay for my booking?
We accept various payment methods including Paypal, cheque, EFT bank payments and credit card.  Note that bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of funds and goods will not be released or delivered until any security deposit that maybe required has been received.
